"Great variety and excellent support"
The website is easy to navigate and has some cool stuff. I was just hunting for a specific item that popped up in my Google search, but I found a bunch of other goodies that caught my eye, so I ended up grabbing three extra items. The delivery was quick and everything was nicely packaged.

"Used this item while on vacation..."
Used this item while on vacation in Spain. I liked it so much that I searched online and discovered this site to place my order. I honestly didn’t expect them to ship to Scotland, but my order was processed and arrived just 2 days later. Really pleased with the service and I’ll definitely order again.

"Quick delivery, but a bit pricey..."
I was impressed with the response time. The delivery was fast, but charging £16 for standard tracking to the Scottish mainland on a £30 order is a bit much for me. I probably won’t be coming back.

"Disappointing Customer Support Experience"
I got a hamper as a Christmas present. Everything I've tried so far has been pretty good. But, one item, the Manchego cheese, was two months past its expiration date. When I reached out to customer support, it turned into a real hassle to get a replacement. I ended up sending probably a dozen emails before I finally got a new one. In this case, Iberica Foods really dropped the ball. They shouldn't have made it such a complicated and drawn-out process to just 'make things right.' I won't be shopping with them again.
